Wizards of the Coast (WotC) has updated information for the Strixhaven: School of Mages prerelease and released the key dates and names for 2021s remaining sets.
Strixhaven: School of Mages
- March 25: Preview Kickoff
- April 15: Strixhaven: School of Mages Release on MTG Arena and Magic Online
- April 16–22: Prerelease Week
- April 23: Strixhaven: School of Mages and Commander (2021 Edition) Tabletop Release
Modern Horizons 2
After the successes of Modern Horizons, Modern Horizons 2 will now have a Prerelease season, unique card frames, and full range of products, including Draft Boosters, Set Boosters, Collector Boosters, and Prerelease Kits.
Modern Horizons 2 is slated to release on June 11.
Dungeons & Dragons: Adventures in the Forgotten Realms
Magic’s first crossover set with WotC’s other star IP, Dungeons & Dragons, is set to release on July 16. Adventures in the Forgotten Realms will be replacing the normal mid-year Core Set and will be “…mixed with the tropes and tools of Dungeons & Dragons for a flavorful and mechanically unique experience for players.”
Innistrad: Midnight Hunt
Known previously as Innistrad Werewolves, Innistrad: Midnight Hunt will be releasing on September 17.
Innistrad: Crimson Vow
Part two of 2021’s return to Innistrad will be Innistrad: Crimson Vow (formerly Innistrad: Vampires) and will close out the year’s set releases on November 19.
