Courtesy of Wizards of the Coast (WotC) and Pleasant Kenobi, check out two Modern mainstays returning in Time Spiral Remastered — Tolaria West and a timeshifted Bloodbraid Elf!
First up is the powerful land with transmute from Future Sight. Tolaria West is a blue source that enters the battlefield tapped at its worst and a tutor for any zero-mana spell or other land at its best. Amulet Titan has put the land to work the most, fetching a Summoner’s Pact, Engineered Explosives, or any utility land the deck plays.
Next up is one of the most Jundy cards ever created, Bloodbraid Elf from Alara Reborn. Once banned from Modern, BBE came off the B&R list in February of 2018 to inject some power back into Jund decks.
Now Bloodbraid Elf is back with a timeshifted frame and original art. With it being in the Limited format, BBE can even cascade into a suspend card like Ancestral Vision for max value.
