Courtesy of Wizards of the Coast (WotC) and Jessica Estephan, check out the new Temur enchantment from Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths – Song of Creation!
You may play an additional land on each of your turns.
True to its Temur colors, Song of Creation gives players a reliable way to accelerate their mana without having to worry about it being subject to typical creature removal packages.
Whenever you cast a spell, draw two cards.
Mana acceleration, card draw, and only four mana? Song of Creation basically pays for itself. We could see this slotted into a Fires of Invention deck which could take advantage of both the acceleration and card draw with little to no drawback or even its own deck entirely.
At the beginning of your end step, discard your hand.
This last ability certainly seems like a drawback and makes playing Song of Creation slightly more taxing, but this ability does have upside, allowing its controller to fill the graveyard quickly to escape Uro, Titan of Nature’s Wrath or to get more value from Cavalier of Flames.
