Mark Rosewater took to his Blogatog yesterday to defend white’s color pie expansion.
A question from a reader prompted the response after asking why other colors get to dip into white’s section of the color pie despite white sticking to its own slice. Rosewater responded stating that in terms of R&D time, white has expanded more in the past two years than any other color. Of course, players have to wait for real world time and sets to catch up to R&D.
Rosewater has also recently stated that he believes the Kaldheim card Ravenform is a white card, though he doesn’t get final say on matters like that.
