Increasing the amount of life required to cast spells that target Terror of the Peaks is a unique text line, and also a great way to tax opponents that are likely forced to answer a 5/4 flyer.
Whenever another creature enters the battlefield under your control, Terror of the Peaks deals damage equal to that creatures power to any target.
In the off-chance Terror of the Peaks isn’t answered immediately, every creature you cast from then on becomes increasingly dangerous. Also, keep in mind, this card isn’t legendary, so having multiple copies on the battlefield will net multiple triggers.
