Companion – Each permanent card in your starting deck has converted mana cost 2 or less.
Sporting the companion mechanic, Lurrus requires each permanent in its owners library to have a converted mana cost of two or less in order for it to be utilized. Obviously this can be quite prohibitive, but in a low-to-the-ground aggressive or aristocratic strategies, it could prove quite strong.
During each of your turns, you may cast one permanent spell with converted mana cost 2 or less from your graveyard
Having built in pseudo-reanimation makes this card especially valuable in decks looking to utilize enter the battlefield abilities of not only creatures, but artifacts and enchantments as well.
The addition of lifelink could also prove useful, but only having two toughness makes the likelihood of Lurrus sticking around for long rather unlikely.
