Flying, vigilance, haste
Whenever Velomachus Lorehold attacks, look at the top seven cards of your library. You may cast an instant or sorcery spell with mana value less than or equal to Velomachus Lorehold’s power from among them without paying its mana cost. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
In traditional Elder Dragon fashion, Velomachus Lorehold is expensive to cast, has ton of abilities, and is super powerful. A seven-mana 5/5, Velomachus gains a huge amount of value each time it attacks, and conveniently has haste too, so you can enjoy casting a free instant or sorcery from the top seven cards of your library right away.
Velomachus seems like the perfect Commander card, but could also have some fun applications in Historic, alongside cards like Unburial Rites and the recently previewed Faithless Looting. Mardu Reanimator anyone? Anyone…?
