Wizards of the Coast (WotC) announced Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty prerelease products will be delayed or not make it to certain regions due to logistical challenges.
Thailand will not receive prerelease products on time for a February 11 event, leading to prerelease events being canceled. No date has been finalized yet to handle a resolution, but more details will be announced when they are available.
Prerelease products will also not make it on time for Philippines, so the prerelease and release events are being combined. Prerelease and release events will now run from February 18-25 in the region, with the official release still being held on February 18.
