Wizards of the Coast (WotC) has provided a series of important details about updates for MTG Arena.
Jumpstart: Historic Horizons Drops Next Week
Scheduled downtime and the release of Jumpstart: Historic Horizons is set for Tuesday and Thursday, respectively. Matches will be prevented from starting at 8:30 AM ET/5:30 AM PT on Tuesday and downtime will officially start at 10 AM ET/7 AM PT. Downtime is predicted to end around 2 PM ET/11 AM PT. Then on Thursday, Jumpstart: Historic Horizons launches and will run through Oct. 14.
Free Flashback Premier Drafts Continue
To compensate for the delay of Jumpstart: Historic Horizons, MTG Arena is offering all players one free entry into specific Premier Drafts. All players can enter a Premier Draft for Kaladesh Remastered from Aug. 15-20, and Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths on Aug. 20-26 for free. Players can draft as many times, for the usual entry fee, following their free entry.
