Innistrad: Crimson Vow To Feature Dracula Series Cards

Check out the first handful of Dracula series cards previewed from Innistrad: Crimson Vow.

In addition to the Eternal Night and Fang showcase treatments from Innistrad: Crimson Vow, the set will also have a special Dracula series similar to how Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths featured monsters from Godzilla.

The set will include eighteen alternate art cards based off characters and locations from Bram Stoker’s novel Dracula. The cards will be mechanically identical to the normal cards they are based off from Innistrad: Crimson Vow. Check out the six Dracula cards that have been previewed today.

Count Dracula represents Sorin the Mirthless while Castle Dracula is the alternate art version of Voldaren Estate.

Mina Harker plays the role of Thalia, Guardian of Thraben while Sisters of the Undead and Abraham Van Helsing serve as Olivia, Crimson Bride and Savior of Ollenbock, respectively.

The Dracula cards also sink their fangs into the double-faced cards with Dracula, Lord of Blood/Dracula, Lord of Bats showing up as Voldaren Bloodcaster/Voldaren Summoner.

There are three ways you can get your hands on the Dracula series cards. Firstly, every set booster box, draft booster box, and collector booster box will contain a single-card box topper booster with one traditional foil Dracula series card. Secondly, each collector booster will have at least one non-foil Dracula series card with the chance to open up to two more in traditional foil. Lastly, the Buy-a-Box promo card provided by WPN stores (while supplies last) will be a traditional foil Castel Dracula.

Notably, Castle Dracula will only be available as the Buy-a-Box promo. The other seveteen Dracula series cards will be available through the box toppers and inside collector boosters. MTG Arena players will be able to obtain the card styles for the Dracula series cards through event rewards eventually.

What do you think of the Dracula series cards? Do you prefer them over the Godzilla variants from Ikoria?
