Gavin Verhey returned to answer more obscure MTG questions in today’s episode of Good Morning Magic.
As a follow up to Wednesday’s video, Verhey dives deeper into obscure MTG questions he got on Twitter this week. He talks about an R&D deck that never made the cut in Standard (Grixis Devoid), a potential Ashnod card, the Nephilim, and what it takes for a mechanic to get a special card frame.
Then Verhey hints at an upcoming Kobold, why basic lands are included in each set, and reveals that the green sorcery magus creature will be coming in the Commander Legends set later this year.
