Whenever a creature you control leaves the battlefield, if it had counters on it, put those counters on The Ozolith.
Counters and artifacts go together like bread and butter, and The Ozolith may just put decks that employ these strategies over the top. Decks like Hardened Scales in Pioneer seek to deploy creatures and load them up with +1/+1 counters early, and having The Ozolith on the battlefield could provide good insurance if key creatures get removed.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, if The Ozolith has counters on it, you may move all counters from The Ozolith onto target creature.
After storing up all those counters, being able to deploy them at will to any creature you control entering combat is huge. Cards like Gingerbrute can enter the battlefield and attack right away, and with enough counters on The Ozolith, that 1/1 Gingerbrute can easily become lethal.
It’s also important to note that The Ozolith can be animated by cards like Ensoul Artifact, making it a powerful dual threat once loaded up with counters.
