Blue has had plenty of card drawing creatures over the course of Magic’s history, but not since Ninja of the Deep Hours has the game seen one so cheap and with such flexibility.

Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, draw a card.
With mutate taking the place of ninjitsu, a cheaper total converted mana than the infamous Human Ninja, and flash allowing for instant-speed trickery, Sea-Dasher Octopus has many players excited and understandably so.
