The $100 Star City Games Gift Certificate Weekly Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Star City Comics & Games, Inc. d/b/a Star City Games (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 49 United States (excluding Rhode Island) or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in the entrant’s state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes is open to new Star City Games email subscribers only. To be eligible, an entrant must not be subscribed to Star City Games marketing emails at the time of entry. An individual who has previously been subscribed to Star City Games marketing emails at any time is not eligible to enter, including an individual who has since unsubscribed. Unsubscribing and re-subscribing does not create eligibility.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and members of their households are not eligible to participate or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 4, 2026 and is scheduled to end at 11:59:59 PM ET on January 28, 2027 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period is divided into twenty-one (21) consecutive entry periods (each an “Entry Period”), each with its own separate drawing. The final drawing is scheduled to take place on or about January 29, 2027. All references to time in these Official Rules mean Eastern Time. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor’s rights to extend, shorten, suspend, discontinue, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes are set out in Section 8 (General Conditions).

The Sweepstakes consists of twenty-one (21) separate weekly drawings. Each drawing will be conducted only from eligible entries received during the Entry Period for that drawing, and entries do not carry over to any other Entry Period or drawing. Unless otherwise announced by Sponsor, the Entry Periods and corresponding drawing dates are as follows:

Entry Period 1: September 4, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM ET through September 10, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET; drawing on or about September 11, 2026.
Entry Period 2: September 11, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM ET through September 17, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET; drawing on or about September 18, 2026.
Entry Period 3: September 18, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM ET through September 24, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET; drawing on or about September 25, 2026.
Entry Period 4: September 25, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM ET through October 1, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET; drawing on or about October 2, 2026.
Entry Period 5: October 2, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM ET through October 8, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET; drawing on or about October 9, 2026.
Entry Period 6: October 9, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM ET through October 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET; drawing on or about October 16, 2026.

Entry Period 19: January 8, 2027 at 12:00:00 AM ET through January 14, 2027 at 11:59:59 PM ET; drawing on or about January 15, 2027.
Entry Period 20: January 15, 2027 at 12:00:00 AM ET through January 21, 2027 at 11:59:59 PM ET; drawing on or about January 22, 2027.
Entry Period 21: January 22, 2027 at 12:00:00 AM ET through January 28, 2027 at 11:59:59 PM ET; drawing on or about January 29, 2027.

If Sponsor extends the Sweepstakes, additional Entry Periods, drawing dates, and prizes may be announced by Sponsor. In no event will the total approximate retail value of all prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes exceed $4,500.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, a new Star City Games email subscriber must complete the designated Star City Games email signup form during an Entry Period using a valid email address that has not been subscribed to Star City Games marketing emails at any time.

By submitting the entry form, the entrant consents to receive marketing emails from Star City Games and may withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email. Individuals who are subscribed to Star City Games marketing emails at the time of entry, or who were subscribed at any prior time, are not eligible to enter through this promotion.

Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Each eligible new subscriber will receive one (1) entry, which will be included only in the drawing for the Entry Period during which the entry was received.

Multiple entries submitted by the same person, including entries submitted using multiple email addresses, are void, and Sponsor may disqualify the entrant in accordance with Section 8.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Entries generated by script, bot, macro, automated device, or other automated means are void.

5. WEEKLY DRAWINGS AND ODDS

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random during each scheduled drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period for that drawing.

Each entry is eligible only for the drawing corresponding to the Entry Period during which it was received. Entries do not roll over or carry forward, and an entry that is not selected in the drawing for its own Entry Period will not be included in any later drawing. An entry will remain eligible for the drawing for its Entry Period even if the entrant unsubscribes from Star City Games marketing emails after entering.

An entrant may win a maximum of one (1) prize during the Sweepstakes.

If no eligible entries are received during an Entry Period, no winner will be selected and no prize will be awarded for that Entry Period.

The random drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

Twenty-one (21) total winners are currently scheduled to be selected during the Sweepstakes.

6. PRIZES

Twenty-one (21) prizes are currently scheduled to be awarded during the Sweepstakes, with one (1) prize awarded during each scheduled drawing.

Each prize consists of one $100 Star City Games Gift Certificate.

Gift Certificates are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Any applicable taxes or other costs associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Gift Certificates are subject to Star City Games’ applicable Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified by email using the email address provided at the time of entry, within approximately three (3) business days after the applicable drawing.

A potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and provide additional information reasonably requested by Sponsor.

Sponsor may require a potential winner to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release, and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release, within five (5) business days of the date such documents are sent. Failure to return the requested documents within that period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.

If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days of the date the initial notification email is sent, cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries for the same Entry Period. Sponsor will select no more than two (2) alternate winners per prize. If no eligible winner has been confirmed after the second alternate selection, the prize will not be awarded.

Sponsor is not responsible for emails that are undeliverable, filtered into spam or junk folders, or otherwise not received by a potential winner.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, provides inaccurate information, uses multiple identities or email addresses to enter, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to extend, shorten, suspend, discontinue, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes, including changing the duration, drawing schedule, or number of drawings, if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, or if Sponsor is otherwise required to do so by law. Sponsor will not reduce the advertised value of a prize except as provided in Section 6.

If the Sweepstakes is extended, Sponsor may add additional Entry Periods, drawing dates, and prizes. If the Sweepstakes is shortened, suspended, discontinued, modified, or terminated, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change through its available promotional channels.

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

For the names of the winners, an entrant may submit a request to Star City Games Customer Support using the link in Section 13 no later than sixty (60) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Star City Comics & Games, Inc., and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted, misdirected, or otherwise invalid entries; technical failures; internet or network interruptions; website or email malfunctions; or unauthorized human intervention.

10. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with the Star City Games Privacy Statement.

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants acknowledge that their information will be collected and used in accordance with that Privacy Statement.

11. STAR CITY GAMES TERMS

Participation in the Sweepstakes is also subject to the applicable Star City Games Terms and Conditions, except where these Official Rules specifically provide otherwise.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

The governing law, venue, and dispute resolution provisions of the Star City Games Terms and Conditions, linked in Section 14, apply in full to these Official Rules and to any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes.
