Secretversary 2021 and Secret Lair Commander Deck Delays Announced

Magic: The Gathering customers who purchased Secretversary 2021 and Secret Lair Commander Deck products can expect delays.

Wizards of the Coast (WotC) has notified customers of upcoming products delays for Secretversay 2021 and the Heads I Win, Tails You Lose Secretversary 2021 Commander Deck. Several users on Reddit recently reported receiving this notification for both products.

Secretversay 2021’s original release date was set for April 22nd, but has now been moved to May 6th as confirmed on the official Magic: The Gathering support page.

As stated in the post on Reddit, cancelations must be requested by April 20th and payment collection will begin on April 21st.

The Heads I Win, Tails You Lose Commander Deck Commander deck is now tentatively scheduled to release in the fall, with no specific date mentioned at this point.


According to the official Magic: The Gathering support site customers who ordered the Heads I Win, Tails You Lose Commander Decks could be in for a bonus due to the delay: “All affected customers will receive two (2) Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty Collector Boosters per successfully debited order containing a Heads I Win, Tails You Lose Commander Deck. These collector boosters will be shipped by separately from the Commander Deck, in a separate wave of shipments.”
