Wizards of the Coast (WotC) will offer the official debut of Duskmourn: House of Horror during a panel at PAX West at 2-3 PM PT on August 31.
The panel will feature Wizards of the Coast’s Director of Communications Blake Rasmussen, Executive Producer Mike Turian, Senior Art Director Ovidio Cartagena, and Senior Game Designer Annie Sardelis as they go behind the scenes for Magic: The Gathering’s next Standard set release. Duskmourn is a new plane for Magic and is inspired by horror movies, games, and other media from the 1980s through today.
The panelists will discuss the creation of the set, dive into the new world, and, of course, reveal some preview cards that show off new mechanics. In addition to the set being a Standard release, the Commander set will also include the revamped Archenemy Commander add-on.
The Duskmourn: House of Horror panel will be located in the Main Theatre at PAX West for those looking to attend in person.
Duskmourn: House of Horror is set to release on September 27.
