Wizards of the Coast (WotC) has revealed a series of new promo cards celebrating the Lunar New Year.
Beginning in February 2024, players attending Standard Showdown events in the United States will be able to earn these promos. Both of the above will also be available in Asia-Pacific region as part of the APAC League for 2024 and at select Standard and Limited events in Japan.
Move further into 2024, additional Year of the Dragon promos can be acquired by participating in select events at local game stores.
- Qualifier Season 1 (Standard) with Outlaws of Thunder Junction—Promo: Steel Hellkite
- Qualifier Season 2 (Modern, Standard, Draft, or Sealed) with Modern Horizons 3—Promo: Full-Art Mountain
- Qualifier Season 3 (Standard) with Bloomburrow—Promo: Korvold, Fae-Cursed King
- Qualifier Season 4 (Standard) with Duskmourn: House of Horror—Promo: Dragon Tempest
