Today’s Weekly MTG stream unveiled this year’s team-up between Wizards of the Coast (WotC) and Extra Life, a fundraising effort that benefits the Seattle Children’s Hospital, that includes a new Secret Lair drop with card art made from Play-Doh.
Secret Lair x Play-Doh: Squishful Thinking includes four cards with new illustrations made in Play-Doh then photographed. The three artists involved in the project are Ben Millar, Jason Loik and Matthew Cohen. The cards in the drop are:
- Academy Manufactor
- Greensleeves, Maro-Sorcerer
- Polyraptor
- Wurmcoil Engine
Each card creates tokens which allows players to get creative and make them out of Play-Doh like the illustrations depict.
The Secret Lair x Play-Doh: Squishful Thinking drop will go on sale from September 29 to November 9 for $39.99 for non-foil and $49.99 for rainbow foil on the Secret Lair website.
Other swag available from the Extra Life Shop by Ultra Pro to help the cause includes the 2025 playmat and T-Shirt.
