Full Rebellion Rising MTG Commander Deck Revealed

Courtesy of Wizards of the Coast (WotC) and MTG Muddstah, check out the Rebellion Rising Commander deck from Phyrexia: All Will Be One!

The front-facing legendary creature, Neyali, Suns’ Vanguard, was already previewed, but now we get to see the legendary Phoenix alternate commander for the Rebellion Rising deck along with all the other new cards. Let’s start with Otharri, Suns’ Glory and see how it gives the deck a different slant than Neyali.

For fans of Phoenixes, you get a second option as your Commander even though Otharri’s abilities don’t really gel with other eternal birds. Those that want to build a Rebel deck get another option with this five-mana 3/3 flyer with lifelink and haste. It’s also another card utilizing the experience counters, paying you out for tapped and attacking Rebels for each counter you’ve accumulated.
