Wizards of the Coast (WotC) has reunited with Dark Horse Comics for the second installment in the Magic: The Gathering Untold Stories series.
Written by Michael W. Conrad, Untold Stories—Jace gives readers a glimpse into the lost memories of the Multiverse’s most powerful mind mage, Jace Beleren. Told across four installments, the miniseries unearths long-forgotten secrets from Jace’s muddied past, including the manipulation and subsequent betrayal at the hands of his mentor, Tezzeret.
Follow along as Jace recalls his quest to find a “…dangerous magical artifact with the potential to reshape or destroy the Multiverse…” all brought to life in stunning detail with illustrations by Caitlin Yarsky and color by Alex Guimarães.
Magic: The Gathering: Untold Stories—Jace #1 will be available through local game stores starting February 4, 2026 and can be preordered now for $4.99.
