A four-mana 2/5 in Abzan colors, Ixhel features the set’s new toxic mechanic in a way that synergizes with your other poison cards. With Ixhel as your commander, you’re motivated to distribute your poison damage across each player, as anyone with three or more poison counters will have to relinquish a card to you each turn.
Neyali, Sun’s Vanguard 2RW

Attacking tokens you control have double strike.
Every time one or more tokens you control attack a player, exile the top card from your library. During any turn you have attacked with a token, you can play that card.

A four-mana 3/3 in Boros colors, Neyali thrives on a battlefield packed full of tokens – giving them double strike and also helping generate card advantage. Also of note, the translation does not state your attacking tokens have to be creatures in order to gain double strike.
