Shirui Wu won the seventh Flesh and Blood Pro Tour with Gravy Bones, Shipwrecked Looter on Sunday in Singapore.

Wu, a Singapore local defending his home turf, reached the Top 8 as the No. 4 seed, by going 7-2 in Classic Constructed and 5-1 in High Seas Draft. Wu, along with three other players in the Top 8, sleeved up Gravy Bones – the Pirate Necromancer from High Seas, showcasing the new hero’s Illusionist-like gameplay on the game’s biggest stage. The Sunday stage was headlined by former World Champion Michael Hamilton and Pro Tour Champion Arthur Trehet. But in the end, Wu faced Enki Dupaquier of France in the finals in a Gravy Bones mirror.

Wu took down three straight players from France in the single-elimination Top 8 bracket, cutting down Trehet on Gravy Bones in the quarters, Tom Escoffier on Arakni in the semis, and Dupaquier in the finals. Wu earned $50,000, the Pro Tour champions prize card of Gravy Bones, an additional gold foil legendary envelope, and an invite to Pro Tour 8.

The meta was paced by Arakni, 5L!p3d 7hRu 7h3 cR4X and Gravy Bones and the two heroes dominated the Top 8, taking six of the eight slots. Cindra, Dracai of Retribution and Verdance, Thorn of the Rose were next two most popular heroes and also secured singular spots in the Top 8. Arakni was the only hero to take up 20 or more percent of the field as Gravy Bones and Cindra each made up just over 11 percent of the Day 1 meta.
