Legend Story Studios (LSS) revealed the next edition of Flesh and Blood’s Mastery Pack along with a new Armory Deck Tuesday on its YouTube channel.
Mastery Pack Assassin and Armory Deck Dr. Mortimer will release on November 13, providing the Assassin class with plenty of new tools to slay the competition. Mastery Pack expansions are supplemental booster releases that include everything a class needs to power up from equipment, weapons, attacks, and more.
The trailer also revealed the new Assassin hero, Dr. Mortimer.
Dr. Mortimer, Blight of the Pits will get his own Armory Deck and appears to feature a new mechanic — cure. His first ability allows you to cure a disease an opponent controls to create a Silver token. With Frailty, Inertia, and Bloodrot Pox tokens being changed via errata from aura to disease aura, it looks like Dr. Mortimer will want to infect opponents then cure them. Dr. Mortimer pays you off for curing diseases and earning Silver by letting you cash in two Silver tokens to give an Assassin attack go again.
