The wait for Flesh and Blood US Nationals is almost over.
Three days of FAB action will play out in Charlotte, North Carolina this weekend with US Nationals taking center stage. But Nationals isn’t all that is happening. The Calling: Charlotte, a Battle Hardened, and a jam-packed schedule of side events fill out the weekend, leaving no player behind. Whether you’re looking to play Blitz, Commoner, Draft, Team Sealed, or even Ultimate Pit Fight, Star City Games has you covered.

US Nationals
A new US National champion will be crowned this weekend, as reigning champ, Tariq Patel, was busy winning Canada’s Nationals this past weekend after moving back to the great white north earlier this year. One player will earn $10,000, a random gold foil legendary drop, a PTI, and bragging rights for the next year.
All eyes are on Classic Constructed as the metagame continues to evolve without the presence of Prism, Sculptor of Arc Light in the format. The first two weeks of Nationals has shown Briar, Warden of Thorns, Oldhim, Grandfather of Eternity, and Viserai, Rune Blood as the top heroes, but Dromai, Ash Artist, Dash Inventor Extraordinaire, and Bravo, Showstopper are putting up results as well. Even Rhinar, Reckless Rampage took down an event.
Format: Classic Constructed and Uprising Draft
Structure:
Day 1: 3 rounds of Uprising Draft, 4 rounds of Classic Constructed
- All players with 4 or more wins advance to Day 2
Day 2: 3 rounds of Uprising Draft, 4 rounds of Classic Constructed
- Cut to Top 8
Day 3: Single-elimination Classic Constructed Top 8 playoff
Time: Day 1 — 11 AM, Day 2 — 9 AM, Day 3 — 9 AM

Calling: Charlotte
For those who aren’t qualified for Nationals or who fail to make Day 2, the Calling provides high-level competition for the remainder of the weekend. The Calling features Classic Constructed with cash prizes down to 32nd place and awards eight PTIs.

Structure:
Day 1: Swiss rounds based on Attendance. At the conclusion of the Swiss rounds, the Top 64 or 72 players (depending on attendance) will advance to Day 2.
Day 2: 5 rounds of Swiss. Cut to single-elimination Top 8 playoff
Time: Day 1 — 10 AM, Day 2 — 9 AM

Battle Hardened
If you’re still hungry for a PTI, Sunday’s Battle Hardened has two up for grabs. Make it through two Uprising Draft pods for a final Top 8 draft, where the top two players take home PTIs and $500.

Structure: 6 rounds of Uprising Draft (two pods), followed by single-elimination Top 8 playoff with a third draft
Time: 9 AM

Side Events
Each day has a full slate of side events, on top of on-demand booster drafts, that run alongside Nationals and the Calling. Each day you can jump in a four-round event for Blitz, Classic Constructed, Uprising Sealed, Commoner, Shapeshifter Sealed, and Team Uprising Sealed. If multiplayer is more your speed, Ultimate Pit Fight queues are available each day as well.
