This is just what we needed, right? Another Standard deck to keep track of.
To be fair, this one is actually pretty cool. It makes good use of some of the graveyard-related cards like Bloodsoaked Champion, Flamewake Phoenix, and Tymaret, the Murder King, and uses those to continue applying pressure. Brutal Hordechief is the new card that makes this appealing, but Flamewake Phoenix certainly helps too.
This deck can curve from one to five, with powerful things to do all along the curve. It has the burn-based removal suite of R/W Aggro, but has Murderous Cut instead of Chained to the Rocks. With Stormbreath Dragon making a triumphant return and enchantment removal like Abzan Advantage becoming more popular, Murderous Cut certainly has its upsides.
The Nomad Outposts are almost certainly worse than more Bloodfell Caves, as the bluffing potential doesn’t actually change your opponent’s decisions in any meaningful way. Other than that, this deck looks pretty nice!
