Wizards of the Coast (WotC) is starting 2020 off with a bang – hosting the 2019 Team Series Final at MagicFest Austin, January 10-12.
Two teams, comprised of some of the best Magic players in the world, will compete for $150,000 in a “three versus three Team Draft with Theros Beyond Death.”

Structure
Each team will first be divided into two “sub-teams”, comprised of three players each. Each sub-team will then draft and play against each other.
“If one team wins both of the sub-team matches then they will be the Team Finals Champion”, however “…if teams each win one of the sub-team matches, then the two winning sub-teams will draft and play against each other and the winner of that third match will be the Team Final Champion.”
