Gavin Verhey used today’s episode of Good Morning Magic to talk about Classes from Adventures in the Forgotten Realms and to preview the red and white enchantment — Fighter Class!
Check out the rare Fighter Class, which is one of five multicolor Classes from set.
When Fighter Class enters the battlefield, search your library for an Equipment card, reveal it, put in into your hand, then shuffle.
A classic red and white ability kicks off this Class, allowing you to tutor up any Equipment from your deck.
1RW: Level 2
Equip abilities you activate cost 2 less to activate.
With the discount from Level 2, its activation really only costs one to level up.
3RW: Level 3
Whenever a creature you control attacks, up to one target creature blocks it this combat if able.
Once you’re a fully leveled up fighter, opposing creatures are going to get crushed in combat when the equipped creatures get to pick their blockers.
Verhey also broke down where the tweleve Classes will show up among the colors:
- White: 2
- Blue: 1
- Black: 1
- Red: 1
- Green: 2
- Blue/White: 1
- Blue/Black: 1
- Blue/Red: 1
- Red/Green: 1
- Red/White: 1
